Sunshine. The health benefits you need to know. All it takes it a little bit of sunshine to brighten your day. It’s been exactly one month since my last post. A TON has happened in between. Sometimes, even online business owners need a little breather. Nothing negative. Just a breather. Life has been quite beautiful and has taken on a grand direction. Lots of behind the scenes work completed and clients helped. This time has also allowed for some big transitions. All of which will be announced soon. So happy. This whole journey with Living Whole is my life. It’s my passion. All of you guys, clients, Living Whole community, and even nay-sayers have made all of this possible.

  • Sunlight and whole foods send breast cancer into remission. 
  • Sun’s light kills bad bacteria. 
  • Sunlight has a beneficial effect on skin disorders. 
  • Sunlight lowers cholesterol and blood pressure. 
  • Sunlight increases oxygen content in blood and builds the immune system. 
  • Normal daily sunlight exposure increases the growth and height of children.
  • Sunlight can help with depression. 
  • Get outside and get some sunshine.
