Avo-toast your way to awesome skin. No, I don’t mean stick some toast on your face but an excellent segway from kitchen to home spa.. Avocado’s luscious green flesh also doubles as an antioxidant rich hydrating face mask when applied for twenty minutes.

Sassy raspberries work miracles when squeezed on your skin. Their natural acids gently slough off dead cells, giving you a bright complexion with just fifteen minutes.

Pamper yourself with these easy, budget friendly, cruelty free options.

Turmeric Pure Mask

Potent. Therapuetic. This mask is loaded with anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.

  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

In a glass bowl, mix ingredients to form paste. Apply to face with GLOVES. Turmeric is VERY yellow and will destroy a manicure. Speaking from experience. If there is any left on your face, just use a cotton ball dipped in ACV (apple cider vinegar) and water of equal parts to remove.

Lavender Sugar Scrub

Two staples that will stack your beauty regimen. Coconut oil, antioxidant rich fat, that provides an emollient base for this skin treatment. Sugar gently polishes the skin and doesn’t break down the oil. Add a few drops of lavender to turn this into the relaxing spa treatment you deserve.

  • 1.5 cups of sugar
  • 10 drops of lavender essential oil
  • 1 cup of coconut oil (slightly warm for mixing)

In a wide, shallow jar (you can use recycled jars from previous beauty products) add sugar and lavender. Then mix into jar with coconut oil. When ready for use: simply moisten face with warm water and gently massage 1 teaspoon size scoop over face, avoiding eyes. Rinse with water.
