This easy vegan veggie cheesy hummus dip is the EASIEST go to recipe for me when I use my number one productivity snacking nutritional strategy. I shared this on my IGTV story. I simply chop and ton of fruits and vegetables, toss on a plate, and snack as I work! Sometimes I don’t have time to meal prep or even prepare a full meal when I am working from home all day.
Here it is.. my easy vegan veggie chessy hummus dip.
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup favorite smoky bbq sauce
- 1/2 cup soaked and drained cashews
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 3 garlic cloves
- handful of cilantro (optional)
Toss all ingredients in a vitamix.
** tip: add addition liquid if too thick to blend, slowly at 1 tsp at a time. I use almond milk when needed. **
