Ginger-Turmeric Tea & BONUS Sultry Version.
Ginger Turmeric Tea Ingredients
- 1-2 cups water
- 2 teaspoons organic ground turmeric
- 1 “lob” of chopped fresh ginger
- Organic stevia to taste
- Juice from 1 orange (optional, I love to add this for a fruity treat)
Directions:
Heat the water (not boiling) and slowly add it to the turmeric and ginger in a cup. Steep for 10 minutes. OPTIONAL: Use a tea filter to remove ginger pieces. When the tea is mixed, add stevia to sweeten. Stir as needed because the ginger/turmeric will settle.
Sultry Sweet Ginger Turmeric Tea Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or other non-dairy component to make this a creamy treat)
- 2 teaspoons ground organic turmeric
- 1 “lob” of chopped fresh ginger
- Organic stevia to taste
- Juice from 1 orange (optional)
