Roasted Veggie Pizza.

Roasted Veggie Pizza.

Pizza Sauce:

  • One 15 ounce can crushed tomato 
  • One 6 ounce can tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste preference.

How to put it all together: 

In a medium bowl, whisk sauce ingredients all together and put aside. 

Preheat oven to 400F. 

Sautee veggies with seasoning of choice and  1 teaspoon of coconut oil.

Prepare the pizza dough, following the package instructions. Then, press the dough gently into your pan and coat with the pizza sauce. 

Fresh basil is the key! Layer it up.

Toss your sautéed veggies on top and cheese. 

Bake for 30 minutes or until crust is a delicious and golden. Remove and let it cool and settle for ten minutes. 

Serve and enjoy.
