Happy Holiday. Little life update.
Holy moly. I can’t believe I am sitting here watching our traditional movie, A Christmas Story, sipping cider and enjoy a small spread of evening delights. This year has been a blur! What a wonderful blur. It feels like we just picked up the tree, the day after Thanksgiving!
What a spectacular few weeks it has been. Seattle still has my heart but new plans are on the horizon. Recipes have been flying out of the kitchen and I am so excited for the Christmas Guide that will be available next year. It is so awesome, I have already laid the structure and ground work for it. You guys will be thrilled!
Since it is Christmas Eve, I have baked and cooked this afternoon and will have many more goodies tomorrow! My next post will be a Christmas Recap. This time of year is truly about the time we spend with our friends and family. Whatever your belief system, the lights and food, make it such romantic and nostalgic time of year.
“Winter is the time for comfort, for good food and warmth, for the touch of a friendly hand and for a talk beside the fire: it is the time for home. What good is the warmth of summer, without the cold of Winter to give it sweetness.”
