Self care doesn’t have to be complicated. Here are some really simple practices for good health.
Rest and reset.
Get restful and effective sleep. Go to bed at a consistent and decent hour in order to receive 6-8 hours of sleep.
Give your body the nourishment it needs. Without balanced nutrition that is rich in nutrients our bodies won’t be fueled properly to feel our best and reach optimal productivity.
Move your body.
Start small and do something you love. Get moving. Get active.
Cultivate hobbies that bring joy.
This is so important for your wellbeing. Find something you enjoy doing, even if its as small as doing a puzzle or word search.. find a hobby and enjoy it.
Treat yourself.
Take a bath, read a book, give yourself a pedicure. It doesn’t have to be expensive or time consuming.. sometimes for me is just making a soothing cup of tea. Take time to make yourself feel special.. you deserve it.
