5 EASY & Refreshing Combos For The Perfect Detox Water.
Do you like infused water? I love it and not just for the delicious taste but also the natural detox properties and benefits as well. For a lot of people drinking enough water throughout the day can be difficult. It is more often times the sugary, high calories drinks we reach for instead. SO here are some combos I make to meet my hydration requirements.

Instructions for refreshing detox water: Toss ingredients in pitcher of choice and fill with filtered water. Pour into your favorite reusable cup. Enjoy. Seriously, how simple.
Kiwi Citrus
- 2 oranges, sliced
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
Raspberry-Mint
- 1/2 cup raspberries, whole
- Handful of mint
- Muddle together for best flavor.
Strawberry-Basil
This is probably my ALL TIME favorite!
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- Handful basil
Cucumber Limeade
- 1 lime, sliced
- Handful of cherries, muddled
- 5-10 thin slices of cucumber
Everything but the Kitchen Sink
- 1/2 cup of each: strawberry, blueberry, raspberry. Muddle together slightly.
- 2 oranges, sliced
- Handful of mint.
