Chickpea Blondies
With the craze of healthy black bean brownies.. I HAD to make this recipe.
Chickpea Blondies. These were crazy good and I think they were EVEN better the next day. They went SO fast I didn’t even realize I didn’t have a “pretty” pic of them for the blog!
Ingredients:
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lightly oil an 8×8 baking dish with coconut oil.
- Combine all ingredients minus the walnuts in your nutribullet or food processor. Process until smooth.
- Pour into the baking dish.
- Add the walnuts (optional) by sprinkling on top and gently pressing in with spatula.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and the top is firm.
BIGGEST TIP: Allow to cool. The blondies will continue to firm up after cooling.
