Blueberries are an antioxidant superfood. Packed with antioxidants, potassium and vitamin C, make them a great center and start to mornings or even a sweet treat. Not only do they decrease risk of heart disease and cancer, they are also anti-inflammatory.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped zucchini
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 handful blackberries
- 2 tbsp chia seed
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup almond milk: start with 1/2 cup, then add more if needed
- 2 frozen bananas
Place all ingredients in a vitamix. Blend until smooth.
