Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped zucchini
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 handful blackberries
  • 2 tbsp chia seed
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup almond milk: start with 1/2 cup, then add more if needed
  • 2 frozen bananas

Place all ingredients in a vitamix.  Blend until smooth.
