  • 2 Peppers (assorted varities)
  • 1 egg plant, chopped
  • 1-2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 bunch cilantro or other  favorite herbs, fresh is best
  • 2 Garlic bulbs, minced
  • 1-2 knobs Ginger, chopped or grated
  • 2 cups greens of choice, kale, chard, or spinach (pick your favorite!)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sage
  • 4 tbsp Turmeric 
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp Coconut aminos
  • water to fill pot
  • 1 cup nutritional yeast 

Simmer for 4-12 hours on low. Enjoy in your favorite recipes. Seal in mason jars for drinking or freeze for later use!
