What To Refrigerate & Not To? Ever asked yourself that same question? What fruits and veggies are refrigerated and what are not? Proper care of your produce can extend their shelf life and decrease the amount of food waste produced in the kitchen. Plus it makes your wallet happy too. Store in the refrigerator

FRUIT

Store only at room temperature:

Many fruits and vegetables should only be stored at room temperatures. Refrigeration can cause cold damage and prevent them from ripening to their fullest flavor and texture.
